1. Service Agreement

By booking a service with Borargadu, you agree to these terms. We provide auto service, diagnostics, and maintenance at our facility in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Final invoice may differ based on additional issues discovered during diagnosis. Payment is due upon completion of service.

3. Liability & Warranty

• Borargadu is not liable for damages arising from negligence or misuse after service delivery.
• All work is covered by a 30-day warranty on parts and labour.
• Customer is responsible for regular maintenance to maintain warranty validity.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made 24 hours before appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur charges.

5. Data & Privacy

We collect vehicle and contact information to provide services. Your data is protected under Malaysian data protection laws. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Limitation of Liability

Borargadu's maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of changes.
